Typically, we recommend that 1lb of boneless meat would feed 2 people. For bone-in meat, we’d suggest 1.5lb to feed 2 people.
For the boneless turkey breast, we’d recommend a 6lb option for 6+ people, 8lbs for 10+ people and 15lbs for 24+ people.
